The CIE Initiative is a collaborative systems change effort that brings together diverse stakeholders to co-create solutions that respond to community needs.
Executive Council
The Executive Council’s primary role is for fiscal accountability and to establish the long-term sustainability business model of the CIE. The Council will also be responsible for approving policies, procedures, technical standards and requirements. They will also build support and gain buy-in as ambassadors for CIE Columbus.

Care Coordination Council
The Care Coordination Council’s primary role is to shape the direction and the adoption of the CIE, ensuring the project delivers on the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The Council will play a crucial role by offering input on core product components, actively participating in and providing feedback on pilots, being an early adopter, and fostering community support for the CIE.
